A LITTLE CLARITY FOR THE JOURNEY

Accessibility

Help using the website and planning a trip around your access requirements.

Using this website

We aim to make trip information and enquiry forms usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different screen sizes. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our improvement target. This statement is not a certification that every page meets every criterion.

Our priorities include clear headings, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, meaningful form labels and useful text alternatives for informative images.

Tell us about a barrier

If a page, image, document or form is difficult to use, email himalpanta@gmail.com. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the format that would help. You may describe your browser or assistive technology if you wish; medical details are not needed.

We will review the issue and discuss a practical way to provide the information or help you make an enquiry. You can contact us directly instead of using the website form.

Access on a trip

Website accessibility and the physical accessibility of a trek are different matters. Trails, transport, rooms and bathroom facilities vary widely. Tell us the practical arrangements you need so we can discuss a suitable route and verify specific facilities before you book.

Please do not assume that a route or lodge can meet a particular requirement from a general trip description. Ask for written confirmation of essential arrangements and the limitations that remain.
