Choose depth or a wider route

A Kathmandu Valley itinerary lets you focus on the capital and surrounding heritage places. Longer Nepal routes connect destinations such as Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan, Nagarkot or Bandipur. Compare the time in each place with the time spent travelling between them.

Make space for village life

Sirubari, Ghale Gaun and Balthali offer different village-based itineraries. Tell us whether your interest is architecture, local food, walking or time in the countryside. Ask about the accommodation, walking involved and how the visit is arranged; photographs of festivals do not mean a performance is included on every departure.

Plan regional journeys separately

A Bhutan, Tibet or India itinerary needs a different travel plan from a Nepal extension. Confirm the country, start and finish points, international connections and the arrangements included in the proposal. The same applies when adding a flight or adventure activity to a cultural holiday.

Are all these tours day trips from Kathmandu?

No. The collection includes short activities, multi-day Nepal tours and journeys in other countries. Check the destination, duration and start and finish points on each itinerary.

Can a cultural tour fit around a trek?

Ask for a combined proposal using your trekking dates and international travel schedule. A city or village visit can be discussed as part of the overall journey, with transfer time and your preferred pace taken into account.

Will my tour include a festival?

Festival photographs illustrate local culture; they do not confirm an event on your dates. If a particular festival matters to you, name it in your enquiry and ask what can be included in the itinerary.
