A trekking holiday is shaped by the days between its famous viewpoints: village paths, river valleys, forest trails and the time spent walking with your group. Start with the landscape you want to experience, then compare the route, daily pace and total time away.
Our collection brings together Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu and Mustang routes, alongside more remote Nepal itineraries and selected journeys in Bhutan and Tibet. Open each itinerary to see its destination and day-by-day outline before choosing a shortlist.
Choose a region before a checklist
Everest Base Camp and the Gokyo lakes explore different parts of the Khumbu. Annapurna Base Camp heads into the sanctuary, while the Annapurna Circuit follows a longer journey around the massif. Langtang offers another valley-based route. Compare the actual itinerary rather than assuming that every trek in a region follows the same trail.
The duration shown on a trip can include arrival, road or air transfers, walking and time in Kathmandu. Compare full itineraries with your international arrival and departure dates, and ask where there is flexibility if transport or mountain conditions change. A shorter published trip is not automatically an easier walk.
Tell us about recent walking experience, the pace you enjoy and whether you prefer village stays, long mountain days or quieter routes. Your written plan should explain accommodation, guide arrangements, transfers, meals and any equipment provision. Routes in different countries need their own travel arrangements.
Compare individual routes, not only the region names. Look at walking days, overnight stops, transport and the landscapes you most want to see. Everest Base Camp, Gokyo, Annapurna Base Camp and the Annapurna Circuit have different itineraries.
02Are the listed days all spent trekking?
Not necessarily. Published durations can include city stays and travel to or from the trail. The day-by-day itinerary and your written quote should distinguish walking days from transfers and other arrangements.
03Can I combine a trek with another Nepal experience?
You can ask us to plan a trek alongside a cultural tour, wildlife visit or another experience. Include your international flight dates so the team can assess transfers and the time available between activities.
